I am not an online shopper at all but my wife is an expert. I was hesitant when she actually ordered furniture online, especially something I spend a fair amount of time in, being home theater seats, which we use nightly, just to watch regular tv to unwind at the end of the day. She showed me the quality of the products Eastporters has. Their reviews were very impressive for sure. As I patiently waited for our theater chairs and my wife impatiently waited, constantly emailing the patient customer service rep at Eastporters, I learned that their customer service was more than ‘jump to the pump’ service if you will. Their ‘white glove’ service truly was that. We barely noticed the delivery truck even pulled into the yard and we had these two beautiful Valencia Tuscany Home Theater Chairs all set up, just waiting for us to try out. All the boxes and packaging gone with the delivery/setup guys. Very happy to say the least and would highly recommend using Eastporters, I know we will again.

Absolutely love the chairs. We bought four and had them set up by EastPorters (AMJ Cambell here in Calgary). They did an excellent job and had the chairs set up and working in about 30mins. These chairs are more comfortable than ANY theater chairs you have sat in at any movie theater. Plus the motors are very quiet when operating the chair. Just one thing to remember…get a tray table for EACH chair otherwise your family will be fighting for them! Would buy again in a heartbeat.

The seats are gorgeous and even better then I expected. We are lucky to have a local, online Canadian company that can ship anything they sell. We have limited options in Canada but luckily we have Eastporters

My wife and I ordered theater chairs after much looking and research. We have had them now several months and since receiving them we have had no issues at all. They are so comfortable you don’t want to get out of them to go to bed. Initially I had concerns about assembly and wiring but as it turned out, you hardly needed the instructions. As for service, we found Eastporters excellent and if you are lucky enough to get Agape Hermans as your customer service representative you’ll be in excellent hands. I don’t hesitate endorsing Eastporters in every way, especially regarding customer service. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. My wife and I use the chairs every night, seven days a week, either watching TV or simply reclining. The only complaint I’ve ever heard anyone say is ” I wish they were heated”. If I ever need any more household furniture, either replacing something we have or buying something new, Eastporters will be the first website I’ll be viewing.
