First-rate customer service! I got this baby installed by Dave and the Eastporters crew. They were very professional, and didn’t leave the place in a mess. This projector is a must for any videophiles who also want a semblance of normality in a multi-use basement room.

I installed this screen while the basement was still being drywalled, but I can say that this screen was definitely thought-out from beginning to end. Even if I had a finished basement, this screen would be so much easier to install than the competitors.

As far as the picture, I bought the Reference 4K a few years ago for my previous house, based on the performance difference I saw, and so it was a no-brainer once I found out they had an inceiling version of the screen to put in my new home.

We’re so happy with how sleek this setup looks in our basement and how crisp the image looks. Love the wireless trigger option, don’t have to worry about the operation of the screen at all.

I wanted to get a high-quality screen, and once my wife found out that there were screens that could be hidden in the ceiling, I thought I would have to spend a fortune. Stewart’s cost a king’s ransom, and when I saw Elite’s screen, it literally made the image look terrible compared to a proper high-quality screen.

Thankfully I came across the EluneVision Reference In-Ceiling. Every bit the performance of the high-end in-ceiling screens, for 1/3 the price. Not only that, but it actually has features that make installation costs lower than the expensive competitors. No question about it, this screen is the one to get, especially since putting it in the ceiling likely means you’ll be sticking with it for a long time.

Awesome screen! Hides in the ceiling so well, and when it’s down, it gives an image unlike any I’ve ever seen!

It was a lot easier than I thought installing this screen into my already finished basement. The side flaps that you can take off saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time. This screen is a bargin for the money it saves, and the stunning picture it produces!

I was the wise guy who wanted to save a few bucks on the screen – couldn’t begin to imagine that you should spend almost as much money on the screen as the projector. My friend bought the 8350 with the Reference Studio 4K screen. His projector was by all accounts was much worse than my 5030. The kicker was that his image was way better than mine. I would say that everything except the black levels in his theatre was way better than mine. I went back and exchanged the screen to Reference, and am loving it. The wireless trigger is a very nice touch too!

Instead of upgrading projectors, the guys at Eastporters suggested that my screen setup was the bottleneck and the thing that needed more urgent upgrading. They suggested I upgrade to the Reference screen, and were absolutely right! My friend’s projector is 2 generations newer than mine, and his picture is not as good as mine now is with the Reference screen. Very happy!

This screen is perfect. It perfectly complements my projector, and definitely brings an extra sense of reality to the picture. My friends are blown away by my theater, and the screen definitely took the image quality more than a few notches.

Buy a good screen once, and save money over the long run! I tell all my friends that the picture is better than in the theaters, and none of them believe me until they see it for themselves. The projector is half the equation, but this screen is definitely the other half of the equation. The 12V wireless trigger is an absolutely brilliant idea, plugging it into the back of the projector and setting it up in less than a minute sure beats running wires through conduits!

I am loving the pairing of this screen and my AE8000 projector. I was very impressed with what I saw in the demo room, the screen does make all the difference, and I’m glad I spent a bit more on the screen to get a lot more performance out of my setup. Best of all, as was pointed out to me during the demo, when 4K comes down in price, I will be all set, and in the mean-time, my 1080p projector looks much better than if I cheaped out on the screen.
