Parrish & Heimbecke Ltd
Parrish & Heimbecke, an over 100 year old company involved in agriculture products, commissioned us to update their projection setup in their primary boardroom. We retrofitted the room with updated Full HD Epson G6450WU projector and EluneVision Reference 4K In-Ceiling Tab Tensioned Motorized screens. We paid attention to two main factors:
- Ease of use
- Reliability
We do not want to burden the IT department of companies with additional issues with the new system so therefore we used the utmost simplicity in our design; this ensures 100% uptime and simple plug and play operation.
Reliability was also our chief focus, all products that were used in the project was proven and with long 3-5 year warranties. The Epson projector for example has 3 year warranty with 24/7 uptime and next day warranty service.
RPM Technologies
One of the employees of the client originally purchased his home theater equipment from us. He then recommended his employers to us. The issue is the old setup was that the resolution was too low. RPM Technologies frequently displayed large excel documents and they found their XGA projector that they were just recommended by their IT supplier just was not up to the task. To remedy this situation, we did an on-site consultation and provided a solution that would address their issues of detail and brightness. Furthermore, we were able to use their existing projector in another boardroom and install it with a projection screen and provide a full connectivity solution.
In short, we were able to provide:
- Bright Epson G6450WU Full HD projector
- New Onkyo Receiver that resolved issue of old receiver and cleaned up wiring
- Installed new projector mound and updated cable to new HDMI standard
- Used current projector to setup another boardroom cost effectively
- Installed Bright and HD EluneVision Fixed Frame projection screen
- Installed new boardroom flush Table Flip Open connectivity box with HDMI, SVGA and Power
- Provided very cost effective wall control panel based automation to turn on and off system and switch inputs
I did not anticipate the better performance than what others were trying to sell me for 2-3 times more!
In addition to purchasing some accessories for my home, I decided to put a large High-Definition projector and screen as the centerpiece at my sports bar. After looking at various local options, and on the web, I found that Eastporters Audio Video had the best prices around – especially for the large 135″ projection fixed-frame screen I was looking to install. Other locations I looked at had screens that had very flimsy frames, or cost 2-3 times as much for the same size screen.
I went ahead and placed the order with Eastporters, and a few days later the items arrived. Now, come NHL playoff time, or any UFC fight weekend, the sports bar is especially packed. New customers are always blown away by the sheer size and power of our projection system – it literally looks like we have a 135″ LCD TV on our bar wall. I must say, this was a shocker for me as well, as I did not anticipate having better performance than what others were trying to sell me for 2-3 times the price!

We certainly made the right choice in purchasing through Eastporters
I was tasked with purchasing a large screen to use for a display in the office reception area. Through my research, I ended up finding Eastporters, and inquired about my option. We ended up purchasing a gorgeous 180″ screen with drapery from them. It has been a few months, and the screen was definitely an impressive touch for our reception area – we loop various informative presentations onto the screen. Promptness, service and prices are all unbeatable
I was in the market for 8 sets of projection sets (projectors, mounts, etc). Being an indie artist, I was looking for good deals and inexpensive systems. Unfortunately, upon contacting numerous projector dealers, both online and in-store, none of them were willing to help me design and find solutions – I know this was due to my budget and lack of knowledge.
Eastporters was different. Dave was very patient on the phone(having fielded at least a dozen phone calls from me without losing his patience or willingness to help answer all my questions even once) and once I detailed what I was looking for, he put together a very inexpensive and extremely effective system, and gave me an even better deal because I was purchasing 8 sets.
I am very impressed with the way Eastporters handled the sale, from start to finish. Promptness, service and prices are all unbeatable. I would recommend Eastporters to anybody who is looking for the absolute best of all three.

Service and email response time was top-notch, making this a seamless transaction
We were in need of a large, portable and rugged screen to replace our tripod screen, which was starting to prove too small for our audience to see properly. One of my co-workers mentioned to me that Eastporters, where he purchased his home theater system, also sells screens for businesses. He mentioned that they had the best prices he could find, and may well have the best prices for business. They were very professional and did a great job.
We contacted Eatsporters.com to find a better projector to our screening room, and to show our clients our special-effects work. They recommended the JVC X75 projector and the Reference Studio 4K screen. Dave was able to show us the performance before we purchased it. Eastporters.com handled all of our installation needs. They were very professional and did a great job. They even came in on Sunday, as we were in a rush due to our office move.
