First class from first phone call to long after you’ve made your purchase

I was a first-time projection home theater buyer, and after doing extended research I found Eastporters, by far, has the best bundles and pricing as far as projector theaters are concerned. I called Eastporters, and discussed my situation for about 20 minutes. I have to commend the staff for not pressuring me to make the purchase until I was ready, as a few other e-stores tried to do. With their help, I decided to go with a Sony projector and a tab-tension screen. Given that we wanted the room to be a non-dedicated room, my wife and I spent a few weekends to install, spruce up and decorate. Eastporters was extremely helpful with setup questions we had after the initial purchase.
