Optoma’s Chameleon GB-200 is a powerful and intuitive image blending and warping processor that delivers the ability to merge overlapping edges of 2 or more projected images creating a seamless single image.

A cost effective auto blend option (included as a 30 day trial license on CD) enables a quick, perfectly seamless 2-channel blend.

Each GB-200 comes with 2 channels and is interfaced inline between the input source (PC) and projector.

The unit has the ability to pre-cut a single image to form a seamless picture of up to a 2 x 2 projection array, making your installation easier and quicker. With the help of a multi-output graphic card, more complex arrays are no problem for the GB-200.

Support for resolutions including 1080p and WUXGA are provided via VGA, HDMI, and DVI connections. Color, gamma, and black level are included to take on the challenges presented when performing multiple projector blending.

Edge blending using GB-200 to pre-cut the image

The GB-200 offers Edge Blending from a PC, with a multi-output Graphics card, to a pre-cut image.

Image Stacking

Double your image brightness with no significant increase in your installation cost; warp adjustment lets you achieve any brightness you desire. Image stacking allows flexible installations along with greater redundancy; an image can be displayed with no interruption during lamp swaps. Alternatively, images can be realigned to be perfectly square if aligned beyond the lens shift range.

Advanced grid point adjustment

Advanced grid point adjustment for flat and curved surfaces is provided by the software tool which provides up to 17 x 17 grid points of adjustment, and individual adjustment of each point with sub-pixel precision, so curved screens and complex surfaces are easily covered.

Black Level Uplift

Advanced black level uplift with RGB and HSL correction allows you to accurately match both the outside and overlapped areas in order to achieve a perfect seamless image when the lighting environment is very low.

Multi-Region Color Correction

With Advanced multi-region color correction, you can adjust the white points of 2 projected images to create a seamless image.

GB-200 + Optoma Auto Blending Tool

A simple and easy solution for reducing the time required for an edge blend installation, Auto Blending uses a camera to capture the 2 projected images, then the Optoma auto blending tool automatically calibrates and adjusts the GB-200 settings to perform a blend in approximately 7 minutes.
