If you feel this screen is not BETTER THAN ANY Audio-Transparent screen, including the multiple times more expensive SMX CineWeave HD, or any other competitor (no matter how high the price), return it for a full refund.
Audio:
- Virtually no attenuation of speaker frequency response due to perforations exceeding 2000 holes per square inch, with hole size only 0.0026” by 0.0035”
- Comb filtering effects are virtually eliminated.
- The only audio transparent screen on the market which actually requires no equalization (others that make this claim have attenuations of about 5% at 2kHz range, but over 20% above 7kHz audio range, and almost 40% above 16kHz range – absolutely unacceptable performance and dramatically worse than EluneVision’s AudioWeave 4K).
- Frequency response of speaker behind AudioWeave 4K material follow the original frequency response of the speaker precisely only with a slightly linear attenuation.
- Ability to place speakers 1” away from material surface.
- Excellent off axis performance.
- The only screen on the market today that will preserve the mid-range high frequencies.
- The material, due to its superior transparency, will allow 2 channel stereo music listening with no coloration.

Amazing colour saturation and you would think, at the cost of detail, but the image is very sharp, yet not harsh, actually looks soft, like analogue soft, but with all the detail of nasty 120HZ refresh rate. Actually has depth, unlike a cardboard cutout type look which happens with a lot of displays. So much better than my Dalite C Series, but it should be, this one costs twice as much.
I did not have to adjust my centre channel gain to compensate for it being behind the screen, all audio is as clear as before pulling the screen down.
They do not mention it, but my remote control signal goes right through the weave material, so I was able to remove my remote control extender.
One issue, and it really annoyed me…the hold down bolts fixing the bottom roll bar to the top case for shipping is a 9/64″ hex bolt. Really? They provide an allen wrench, but it was a challenge to remove them, as I wanted to keep them on until I had it all mounted, lucky I had a real 9/64 hex wrench, would it be so much more money just to use a Robertson #2? Btw, that is the square looking one, the type of screw driver that just about any house in North America has.
