Oxford-7
Ordered the Valencia Oxford with centre console and was pleased with it, but had some defect in the material. Contacted customer service who were really good and helpful to deal with and resolved the situation by replacing the couch in its entirety. Shipped and delivered via white glove and they took the old couch and installed the new and improved version without a hassle and were done in 15 mins or so. Love the new couch and thank you Ahmed for making me one happy customer. Would recommend to anyone looking for theatre seats. Thank you!! 5/5
