I purchased some home theater seating through Valencia, with a little hiccup to my order (the wrong collection was sent to me). Dealing with customer service (Agapé) to correct the issue was seamless and they were very generous in how they made amends.

I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism that they showed throughout the process! I would definitely recommend their seats based on build quality alone, but their customer service really set it over the top.
