I am not an online shopper at all but my wife is an expert. I was hesitant when she actually ordered furniture online, especially something I spend a fair amount of time in, being home theater seats, which we use nightly, just to watch regular tv to unwind at the end of the day. She showed me the quality of the products Eastporters has. Their reviews were very impressive for sure. As I patiently waited for our theater chairs and my wife impatiently waited, constantly emailing the patient customer service rep at Eastporters, I learned that their customer service was more than 'jump to the pump' service if you will. Their 'white glove' service truly was that. We barely noticed the delivery truck even pulled into the yard and we had these two beautiful Valencia Tuscany Home Theater Chairs all set up, just waiting for us to try out. All the boxes and packaging gone with the delivery/setup guys. Very happy to say the least and would highly recommend using Eastporters, I know we will again.

Although these are branded as home theater seats, we bought them for the living room (not a high-tech home theater room), and they are functioning and fitting in perfectly. These are more comfortable than any sofa I've ever personally sat on, and so far, the family is very satisfied with the purchase. I would for sure recommend these for non-home theater situations as well as home theater situations.

The seats are extremely comfortable.
