Absolutely love the chairs. We bought four and had them set up by EastPorters (AMJ Cambell here in Calgary). They did an excellent job and had the chairs set up and working in about 30mins. These chairs are more comfortable than ANY theater chairs you have sat in at any movie theater. Plus the motors are very quiet when operating the chair. Just one thing to remember...get a tray table for EACH chair otherwise your family will be fighting for them! Would buy again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I ordered theater chairs after much looking and research. We have had them now several months and since receiving them we have had no issues at all. They are so comfortable you don't want to get out of them to go to bed. Initially I had concerns about assembly and wiring but as it turned out, you hardly needed the instructions. As for service, we found Eastporters excellent and if you are lucky enough to get Agape Hermans as your customer service representative you'll be in excellent hands. I don't hesitate endorsing Eastporters in every way, especially regarding customer service. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. My wife and I use the chairs every night, seven days a week, either watching TV or simply reclining. The only complaint I've ever heard anyone say is " I wish they were heated". If I ever need any more household furniture, either replacing something we have or buying something new, Eastporters will be the first website I'll be viewing.

First purchased 7 high end movie chairs through them- great quality- great chair. I had the chairs delivered and had a small issue with the measurements (wrong measurements were on the best buy website). I was worried that I would have to 'fight' to get a refund for one of the chairs because I could only go three across in a row not 4. Quite the opposite. They (Eastporters) were super accommodating, professional, and very helpful. They were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I then went to their office to view their screens, equipment etc (great set up).... Their staff were the most knowledgable, insightful, helpful, low pressure sales people I have ever met. They have a great set up and are super knowledgeable about their products. They are not sales people, rather they are product experts - which is what you want if you are spending $20K+ on a home movie theatre. Yet I feel that even If I was spending less I would still receive the same great service and care. They were just awesome to deal with. I ended up purchasing full 9.1 surround sound (Marrantz), fixed wall mounted screen, in-wall speakers, projector (JVC), amps, subs, wiring etc.... and hired them to install. Their instal guy (Ryan) and his team were amazing. They did everything 100% perfect. Clean work, SUPER knowledgable... and had the right attitude that unless I was happy- the job was not finished. Well, they exceeded my expectations 100%. I would use them and buy from them again... I would highly recommend them with the highest customer service rating! Forget every-other place you are thinking of buying from (I did my research and went everywhere - so I can save you the time and energy) and visit east porters. Staff 10/10. Service 10/10. Dealing with customer service (Agapé) to correct the issue was seamless and they were very generous in how they made amends. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism that they showed throughout the process! Valencia Tuscany Top Grain Nappa Leather Power Reclining Theatre chairs...have had these chairs in our theatre now for 6 months and I couldn't be happier! The chairs are very comfortable and I am a big guy so I know when a chair is going to last or not. They look very classy with their fine leather covering and stitching, the power mechanism have worked flawlessly and can get anybody in the perfect viewing position. Excellent seating. I really can't think of anything else they could have added to this chair to make it better. The leather really is the best quality I've felt in my life. The detail on the stitching is truly excellent. The cupholder styling fits just so perfectly with the seat colour and style. The LEDs on the cupholder as well as the bottom of the seat add to the detail of just making your room look like a professional home theater room. Then you've got a nice little cubby hole where I keep my remotes to keep everything looking nice and neat. USB port for charging on top of that. Finally, the carbon fiber trays look really modern and let you put food or anything you want to put on there. All this is part of the seat. It's a HT Enthusiast's wildest dream seat.
